For international travel, we always aim to fly your pet in-cabin whenever possible. However, some countries have strict regulations that may require pets over certain weights to travel in cargo. If cargo becomes necessary, we will guide you through every step to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort.
Requirements & Process
- A USDA Health Certificate is required for all international flights.
- We assist with all paperwork, documentation, and customs requirements.
- Depending on the destination, we may need 30 plus days of advance notice to complete the necessary paperwork—the earlier you start, the better.
Crates & Travel Setup
If cargo is required, your pet will need an airline-approved crate. Certain breeds or larger sizes may require a custom crate, which we can help arrange.
We keep you updated throughout the whole process to ensure everything meets the guidelines for your specific destination. You will need to speak with one of our agents, who will go over all requirements and provide a tailored travel plan for your pet.
