Honestly I can't speak for others but my experience was rather high tier. My agent was the owner rick. For roughly a year my husky was with a friend. He helped coridinate the pick up around my pay period. This was not a small trip alabama to montana. The drivers utilize groupme to stay in touch and give you active updates. There were two drivers both were great with animals. The craziest part of this is their route was effected by a blizzard. Footage was given for the traffic conditions they stopped and still made it on the original quoted time of 4 days. They prioritized the pets well being. Seemed to genuinely care. As to the total I paid the shared bus rate in my case it was around 950$ I do believe its cheaper for shorter range transportation. Overall the agent was great, the drivers were great, the experience was perfect, my pet was taken care of well. Jesus was an amazing rep! He was very professional and caring. I hired Blue Collar to transport my dog cross country and the person who took him on his first long road trip is Lance. Lance was all about making sure I felt included. Listened to all my directions on how to care for Milo and he was also very knowledgeable about working line breeds. We used BCPT to move our dog (3yr old, English/French Bulldog) from Houston, TX to Oakland, CA. No complaints. Excellent service. Constant communication with their very friendly team. I needed to have my two cats moved 6 hours west as I was moving states and couldn't take them myself. I booked a private transport from Blue Collar. We got the paperwork handled fairly quickly, everyone I spoke to was very respectful, and my boys arrived at my new home without issue.
